Serengeti Legacy Adventures is a small team based in Arusha, Tanzania. There is no call centre and no rotating staff: every message is read and answered personally, often by a senior guide who has led trips in the parks you are asking about.
Every itinerary we build is shaped around you: your dates, your pace, your budget. Nothing comes from a fixed package list.
We communicate in several languages, including English, so language is never a barrier to planning your trip with us. Whichever language you write in, you get a considered, specific reply within 48 hours, not an automated one.

Our office is in Arusha, the gateway city for the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Kilimanjaro. We work with independent travellers, families, honeymoon couples, and small groups from Europe, North America, and Australia.
Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM East Africa Time (UTC+3). Outside these hours, use the form above or send us an email, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
